Two extraordinary researchers, Arnika and Mercurius, are working tirelessly to find solutions to every problem they face. They’ve just been called in on an emergency mission because our lakes and rivers have suddenly been polluted! It looks like it might be oil... Quick, we must save the fish and birds, with the children’s help, and put a stop to the antics of Robert the Fracker, who has begun drilling for oil all around Lake Geneva without any authorization. It’s an unprecedented ecological disaster!
Our project is a production combining theater, magic, and puppetry. It is aimed at children aged 4 to 12 and is tailored for school performances.

This show addresses key environmental themes and highlights the small daily actions everyone should take to conserve our resources and limit pollution. Furthermore, it raises the important question of the balance between risk and reward, the limits that must not be crossed, and economic stakes.
The choice of a theatrical performance, in which a high degree of interactivity gives children the opportunity to express themselves, allows the messages to be conveyed by raising their awareness through humor.

Magic appears in a metaphorical sense, as if we were living in the hope that a wave of a magic wand would solve all our problems. However, as the show progresses, the children come to realize that everyone’s contribution is important, even if it seems insignificant on its own.
